My passion project turned Foundation.

I Just wanted to Help One person…
I didn’t set out to start a non-profit. I was simply watching someone I cared about struggle with depression and a sense of hopelessness, and all I wanted to do was help her find her confidence again. But that desire to make a difference turned into something much bigger than I could have imagined. What started as a small, personal mission grew from 5 volunteers to 50 in just two years. I’m still in awe of how far we've come.
The core of our work is simple: provide the resources and support—through one-on-one coaching and workshops—to help people regain control over their careers. We focus on shifting their mindset, so they can feel empowered, confident, and in control once again.

So it began…
Watch my video interview, my friend Nathalie Hennequin did a fun and informal Facebook Live with me.
